Founded in 1942 by Don Julio González in the Jalisco Highlands, Don Julio is made from fully matured 100% blue Weber agave and was one of the first tequilas positioned as a luxury sipping spirit. Now part of Diageo, it is the leading premium tequila in travel retail and high-end on-trade worldwide.
Tasting notes
Unaged 100% blue agave tequila from the Jalisco Highlands, bottled straight from the still. Bright and clean with crisp agave, citrus and a hint of black pepper, finishing dry and fresh. The house pour for premium margaritas and palomas; also sipped neat with a slice of orange and cinnamon in Mexico.
