The second wine of Château d'Aussières, the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) estate in Corbières, Languedoc. A Mediterranean blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre showing black fruit, garrigue herbs and warm spice. Supple, generous and well-structured with a long, savoury finish; pairs with lamb, game and roast vegetables.
