Tasting notes
Made in Rome by the Pallini family since 1875 using Sfusato lemons from the Amalfi Coast, macerated within a day of picking. Intensely fresh lemon zest on the nose with a naturally sweet, bright and creamy palate that avoids any artificial edge. Serve ice-cold from the freezer or over crushed ice.
